​For your safety and the safety of others, please be advised of the following:

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms such as cough, fever, sore throat, etc., we will not be able to provide services to you. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to help us maintain our occupancy guidelines.

  • You must wear a face mask that fits behind the ears that cover your nose and mouth. Wash your hands upon arrival. 

  • We require that you have your temperature taken and complete a salon pre-screening COVID-19 waiverbefore services can be provided.

  • Please do not bring others with you for your appointment unless the other person also has an appointment.

  • Please limit the personal items that you bring into the salon. We will provide a 15 x 19 clear bag to retain your items for protection during your visit.

  • We will provide you with a face shield to wear while in the salon.

  • We will not be offering any food, beverages, or magazines.

  • We will only be accepting credit cards, gift cards, and mobile applications for payments at this time.




Halcyon Salon reserves time for each client and service to provide the experience of individual personalized care.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.


The salon has a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.


A credit card is required to schedule an appointment. Should you need to CANCEL, CHANGE, OR RESCHEDULE your appointment, please provide 24-hours notice to avoid a "No Show" charge.


If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, which is considered a "No Show," and you will be charged 50% of the cost of your missed service(s).


In consideration of all clients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason.
